Color Management System

- We use advanced color measurement devices such as X-Rite, together with color management software, to monitor and adjust color accuracy throughout the production process, from artwork preparation to final finishing.

Die-Cutting / Stripping
Die-cutting is the process of using a cutting die and pressure to cut printed sheets into predefined shapes and create crease lines for custom folds. Stripping is the process of removing excess material after die-cutting. Together, these two processes ensure precise packaging shapes and structures.
We use high-quality cutting dies and automated machinery to achieve high precision and consistency throughout the die-cutting and stripping process, while reducing production time and optimizing costs.
Laminating
Flute laminating is an essential stage in the production of paperboard boxes and corrugated cartons.
We use automated flute laminators to bond printed sheets with suitable corrugated board, creating packaging with the appropriate thickness, strength, and rigidity for each product while providing optimal protection.
Finishing Gluing
Final gluing is an important finishing stage in the paper packaging production process, bonding box components according to the approved structural design.
